    that's sad to hear, but either west ham are employing a guy who isn't qualified enough for that role, or they have seen something and we have wasted a potential coaching talent with our Under 9's.....

    You can't blame the guy for taking it.
    He's probably doing the equivalent of one day's work per week on the U9s and can now work full-time...
