    Sadly I can't see us winning 7 out of 9 which is what would be needed to achieve the scenario you illustrate :-(

    I got us, Stoke and Bristol city all ending up on 76 points, with Ipswich on 71.

    2-0 tonight and 2-1 on saturday?

    Chucked in a couple of draws against Saints at home, Plymouth away.

    Still pretty optimistic with my predictions though.

    And if you flip the Ipswich result, WSS, then it comes down to us v them on goal difference, equal on 74 points...

    Judging how we and everybody else is playing, we probably only need 9 points from 9 games to finish 5th.

    If we got 21 points, we'd probably finish 2nd! lol

    Don't see Stoke lasting the course - their defence is worse than ours at the moment and they can't keep relying on making comebacks in games. It's Watford or Bristol City in 2nd for me.

    I think Ipswich will also make the play-offs and they may even go and win it as well.

    I guess you could do it by doing a print screen and then cropping the picture so it just shows the table. Will re-do my predictions and have a go at posting the table.

    Results I gave us for rest of season were

    Burnley (a) 1-1
    Ipswich (a) 1-3
    WBA (h) 1-2
    Wolves (h) 1-1
    Plymouth (a) 0-2
    Southampton (h) 2-1
    QPR (a) 1-2
    Barnsley (a) 1-1
    Coventry (h) 2-0

    I think even if we win tonight, expecting a win at Ipswich as well is too big an ask. Then we'll be nervy again for WBA and get beat, that will see us drop out the play-offs and the confidence will go from there.

    And I'm normally optimistic!!!

    6th is a fair reflection in terms of what I've seen but even if we do get in the play-offs the teams above when we've played them seem far more disciplined and organised (in fact so do some below us!)

    I have us finishing 5th with 73 points. Stoke and West Brom striaght up, with Hole joining us, Watford and Brizzle in the play off's.

    Southampton, Leicester and Colchester relegated.

    I did this yesterday, and even with a run of poor results i had that we finished 6th by 1 point!! So still not over yet - although it will be a stressful end to the season

    How did you get us in 6th place? I just can't see how that can happen?

    i got us finishing 6th to based on a few results for us - the crucial game though is this weekend, lose that and we are doomed - win it and we are back in there.
