    Anyone else read the line:

    "Scott and all the loan players here other than Leroy Lita, where we have a conversation to be had, are here for the season to try and help us get promoted."

    and sense that something is up with Pards and Lita???? Or is it just me..........

    Lita's is a 28 day Loan the rest are for the remainder of the season !

    Maria, I think this just means that Lita has only signed on loan for an initial 28 days, whereas all our other loan players have signed on for the rest of the season. The conversation that needs to be had is between Charlton & Reading in order to extend the loan. Think that's all that comment means.

    I've lost track of the number of articles I've read this year referring to Alan Curbishley's Charlton - ffs he left almost 2 years ago!!

    Maybe they'll get their records straight after we beat Bobby Robson's Ipswich at the weekend.

    I see Coppell's reasoning as:

    1) I don't like the b*stard and I want him away

    2) If I do need to bring him back, at least Lita will be match fit and sharp

    we could have Adebayor,Rooney or Drogba etc up front and they wouldn't get many/any goals for us if we don't create chances, Lita would've been an excellent little signing if we'd sorted the midfield out first (and gettin scott 'jerome thomas' sinclair and lee 'im rarely fit' cook doesn't count as trying to sort things out)
