    Pardew is an arrogant, egotistical kind of guy.

    He will never walk until he has achieved something of note with us - it would dent his pride too much. he is here to stay until:

    a)He takes us up
    b)He takes us up and keeps us up
    c)He takes us up and we qualify for Europe via a cup or league position
    d)He gets sacked

    I think he may opt for option b).
