1) Gripes with the club set up or policies should begin with "Oi! Henry!".
2) Assassinate any grammatical/spelling errors severely.
3) Blame something on a political figure; Ken Livingstone, Blair/Brown and Thatcher are good starting points.
4) Argument not going your way? Curve the discussion around to cyclists running red lights to gather support again.
5) Use key phrases such as: "Things were better...", "Never had this when....", "Curbishley" & "Away support".
