Cycle up Shooter's Hill in the most diffcult gear, cycle up Eglington Hill and Plum Lane without getting off and pushing.
These days I'd be knackered just walking up any of them which is something else i used to do without batting an eyelid. In fact I used to do a training session of 20 x 100 yards sprints up Shooter's Hill with walking back down to the start point as my recovery. I'm confident I couldn't do that now!
