No. Wycombe has long been a club that pays good wages and backs their managers. He did OK but if I remember rightly he got nowhere near challenging for a play off.
At Fulham he had the worst pre-season transfer selection, in terms of quality and price paid; all questionable NI talent and proven to be not prem class in people like Kamara. That transfer record was only over shadowed by Sunderland this season. Not only that but he plays damn awful football.0 -

no mate deadly serious i think he would be a good appointment i also think that the info i have been given is of sound enough reliabilty that i would let you know what i have heard.
saying that i would take adkins over sanchez i just dont think that it is on the cards from what i have been told it is job done.

Right i have just spoke to one of the press officers at the ODA and it is nailed on fact that PP will be told to resign next week after a board meeting to discuss the failures of the last season
he still has his supporters on the board but not enough to hang in there.
Lawrie Sanchez is not only in as Manager but is also one of the front men for the takeover consortium that is just days away from entering the final stages and an announcement to the stock market

Think this is a bit harsh, wat he did with NI was brilliant, a 97 place rise, the same with WW. However, he was shite at Fulham. But he has proved himself in the Football League and can do no worse than Parky. Midtable this season will be fine with me. We must be PATIENT.0 -
