Drove past the Royal oak pub today near the ground and it's up for sale.

The landlord of the Oak is practically bankrupt so Im guessing someone could bag themselves a bargain! Whatever it ends up as Ill be glad to see the back of the " I think im Phil Michell " landlord and the miserable landlady!
Its still on RTAonline for £120,000 and up for auction with a guide of£85,000 so fook knows whats going on there.
I used to supply him, got papers a while ago about him going under. I know of at least 3 other firms he owes money to. Big sums too! That why there's no beer, chrips or bugger all really.0 -
