OK, Call me ignorant or whatever you like, but could someone please explain why so many Addicks (excl. the Fans Director) seem to have a soft spot for Glasgow Rangers?????

Something to do with Religion / Politics or is it actually football based?

I've seen them be mentioned on numerous threads, and seem to be missing something completely.

So... enlighten me!!

    Ok.

I've sunk it just in case it gets out of hand. There is no problem with people discussing the affiliation but try and keep it sensible.

The best way to follow a "sunk" thread is to "bookmark it" which you can do from the options on the left hand side of your screen.

To access the discussion after that just go to the column on the left again and select "Bookmarked Discussions"

    Cheers

    haha!!

My reasons are purely football and to do with a mate I've known since 1992 supporting them.

    See you in Manchester!!

The only Scottish clubs we have any "connection" with are Dundee/Dundee United from the Scottish lads who used to come down in the 80's......

The Rangers/Celtic thing and related religious/political bigotry bores most people to tears.

Yes, that's right I just could not remember which one!!! Well, that settles it then, we are all Dundee supporters then.

I remember seeing those Dundee lads away at QPR in 1988 and they were maggotted!!!!
