"Top 3 of fitness" in the Championship (Summer Training)

"I think since Christmas we were never out of top three in the whole of the Championship for fitness stats. The type of variables we look at include distance covered, high intensity distance covered, number of sprints covered. Obviously we want to make sure the players staying here keep that standard and improve. And if we do acquire any new players they come in and know the work ethic that's expected and the standard."

    And didn't it just show in all those great results....

    My favourite was after the 5-1 defeat at Spurs when Uncle Les reported back that, according to ProZone, we were actually better than Spurs in several areas of the game.

    Prozone Stats consistently had Kish & Luke Warm as the Top Distance Covered on pitch for each Game under Curbs probably why Curbs picked them both every week.
