Harriet Harman

It's no wonder people are pi55ed off with the government when you've got a hypocritical, politically correct feminist as second in command. Bloody joke!

Found out yesterday that her other half is the General secretary of Unite, the county's biggest Union. So thats them in Labours pocket.

Be afraid!

Comments

  • Unite and HMG are on course for a massive falling out over public sector pay - Brown wants a min of 2.5%, we (Public sector workers) want a rise that at least takes the current rate of inflation into account - at least 3.5%. It's all going to end in tears! (Probably for us! again)
  • Not my type anyway, but there was a time when if you HAD to poke a government minister...
Saw a picture of her the other day. Is it me, or has she ballooned hideously?

(cutting edge political comment or what!)

    I'd poke her alright..

With an iron that had been in the fire for at least a week !
  • She is everything that is ghastly about new labour; a middle-class, politically-correct, out-of-touch tosspot. Bevan must be turning in his grave when he sees what has inherited his party!

She will be up against the wall after Tony and Cheri. Little more than a politcal whore.
  • She currently has two superheroes on her roof protesting for fathers 4 justice.

Spider-person and bat-person (equality) have said they are there for the long haul and want Harriet to bring Gordon Brown home with her for a debate. That,i would love to see.
  • Has Gordon finished his lunch yet ? only 8 courses today. Still lets tell people who are really struggling to make ends meet about them wasting food ! who advises this bloke ? i think it must be a tory in disguise.

i hope they open up her roof and let the rain in. then when she gets a builder in to repair someone takes her to court because the company she choose hadnt done an Equaility Evaluation. Or will she turn the roofing company down because they dont employe enough minorities ? some how i dont think she would.

Still the dust heap of political obscurity is calling them.

Unbelievable or what, one of the biggest political gaffs I have seen.

Think of it like this, when was the last time Brown, any of his cabinet or most MP's to come to think of it did any of the following:

1: Did their own shopping and paid for it out of their own pocket.
2: Paid for a restaurant meal out of their own pocket.
3: Filled up and paid for their own petrol/diesel.
    4: Paid Council Tax.
5: Waited for an NHS appointment.
    6: Queued at A&E.
7: Struggled to get their kid into their school of choice.
8: Paid a train fare from their own pocket.
9: Paid for parking at any airport or train station out of their own pocket.
10: Paid any hotel bill out of their own pocket.
11: Paid for a major sporting event out of their own pocket.
12: Paid for a "fact finding trip" to an exotic location from their own pocket.

Now think about it, and then tell me any of these people live in our world, the real world, do they heck, all at the trough, taking us taxpayers for mugs.

Not again. Where's old Jolly Stanesby this time? Cracking name.

If this rain carries on, they will be down by tea time.

They have got a copy of Harriets new book,'death to the white working class male' ,up there with them to kill a bit of time and they are using her chimney as a carsey, so they should be fine.

'Ms Harman said the PM was the right man to take the UK through difficult times.

She said it would not be possible for her to replace him because Britain's men would want to "flee the country". ' source BBC

Too right I would be off if she was ever PM. The country would be like that sketch in the two ronnies - the worm has turned.

DA is right MPs are taken us for a ride. Mugs the lot of us.

  • One of my best friends, a Lib Dem MP, is at this very moment sitting in an NHS hospital having waited seven weeks to see a consultant about a serious problem with his spine. I think he could say Yes to all 12 or your points. They are not all like Gord and Harriet, you know. Some of them do live in the real world and some of them do a very good job of looking after the interests of the public in their constituencies. They do low-key but vital work. It's the high profile ones doing 'international' politics who are mainly guilty.

Thing is Nad.Labour have got the keys to the cookie jar and are munching there way through the lot.
I suspect if the Lib dems were in power you would still see it going on.
  • 7 weeks to see a specialist is bloody good!

Can I add their generous and guaranteed pension provisions, totally secure and paid for by the rest of us while that cahnt Brown taxes even our retirement funds to the tune of 100 billion - yes, that IS the right number - and what's to show for it?
