    I had biblical hernia (comes through your belly button!) 3 years ago and it was the worst pain i have ever felt!

    25 metal staples and 12 weeks later I was as good as new.....hahaha

    Had an operation on mine (Inguinal) not so long ago, bloody painful after. Use to dread going to the loo, haha.

    No idea how Varney would be close to running after a week mind. I was just about walking properly & still didn't have complete feeling back in my leg.
