I don't think anyone except Sunderland would be likely to meet Spurs' asking price; I think he will want to play and will be willing to move there.

We have already sold on the debt so if there was a sell-on clause so it would be a finance company to benefit (and Ipswich perhaps). But I doubt there was any sell-on clause at that price!
