Does anyone else think that they're getting therer Bents mixed up? I bet Brown is thinking he's got the deal of the century £3 mill for Darren. Quick seal the deal before he realises!

It would be nice to get our money back (£2.5M was it?)

Yeah it was but that was when he was good form at everton wernt it?? anything over a million would be great business i would say for him, complete tosser. I was really looking forward to see him destroy the championship, he could easily have bagged 20 goals plus in this league but he just thought he was bigger than us so good ridance to him, the sooner he goes the better.

I think we're going the wrong way about this, what we need to do is say what a great player Marcus is just incase anyone connected with Hull is reading. 3 million, what a steal! Oh and by the way Jerome THomas, how is he not in the England squad?

I recall when we signed him Everton fans were pissing them themselves at what we paid for him, they couldn't wait to get rid of him!!

As far as I'm concerned just getting him off the wage bill would be a result, if we get cash as well then it's an added bonus

£3m seems like a fair price for a bloke who was top scorer for a Premier League team last season.

I'd try and include Faye as well. £3.01m for the pair... :o)

I'd give a discount if they took both and drive them up there

Mind you he would be joining Bryan Hughes, Michael Turner and Simon Walton - 3 more players not good enough for us that just passed us on the way to the Premier League...
