I want a MANAGER not a head coach

to run the squad. Thats were it has gone wrong since Curbishley left. There is a huge difference between a manager and head coach. I hope Mills and Murray are going to explain the signings that they purchased.

    its easy to try and pick faults when things are going wrong Pete. I personally don't think it matters who is in charge if the players don't want to bust a gut or work for each other.
  • As I understand it the Head Coach identifies the players he wants and Mills does the negotiating.

    The Head Coach is also responsible for training, team selection and tactics etc, the idea being that Mills takes the admin stuff away from the coaching staff who have more time to coach.
