Charlton Life addiction

I think I have developed an addiction for Charlton Life. I can barely let 15 minutes go by without having to check here for news. I'm not sure if it's because I'm desperate for news on transfers or whether I just cannot live without Charlton Life. Should I see the quack/shrink ?
