Olympics football

I was looking for an update on the cricket and stumbled upon live coverage of the Olympics football.

I don't how it is that it's started before the Opening ceremony but it has!

China drew with 10 man NZ with a late equaliser.

I only saw last ten minutes or so but no mention of Zheng Zhi at all so don't know whether he started and got subbed or maybe injured and taken off. Was anyone else watching it?

    So what about Zheng Zhi in the game then?

    I wasn't especially bothered about the result - more about his contribution or lack of.

    he played the full 90 minutes apparently like you i missed the China vs New Zee match but i did watch the Holland vs Nigeria match trying to find out whether Danny Uchechi was playing (which he wasnt and it was a 0-0 draw :-@ ).

    Zi Zi didnt make a real impact but he is recovering from injury so it will take time for him to return to full fitness.

    As I said I caught the last ten minutes or so and didn't hear his name once - I therefore thought he was off the pitch!
