who thought we would win??

with our recent history in the League cup, who honestly thought we were going to win last night??
personally i thought it was a banker for them to knock us out.

    as I have said on here many times - its not if we win or lose these games its about how we play.

    when was the last time we played a team from a lower league and really showed that there is/was a difference in class?? We always seem to huff & puff and sometimes scrape through in extra time or on pens , or even lose as was the case last night.

    For once it would be nice to go to a game versus a team in a lower league and come away with a few goals to show for our efforts and knowing that we had outplayed them. As I posted earlier, there were half a dozen Championship sides losing at home last night, but apart from us they all came through, scoring a few goals in the process.
