    you cannot beat a bramey apple pie :-) but try rhubarb upside-down cake.


    Why mention now .. rhubarb season isn't until Feb is it?

    cherries from Canada ----- things come from all over these days. Herd that early Rhubarb comes from Iraq , its the real reason we invaded. Bush and Blair wanted some at their party.

    lovely- just frozen loads of stewed gooseberries for exactly this purpose throughout the year...
