    I had hoped so Len, perhaps i bored them all.

    Either that, or there is not as much interest in this topic than some make out.

    My comments on this article what for what they're worth.

    "The supporters Director was highly publicised and indeed repeatedly lauded in the press as a model for good practice by a football club in its relations with its fans.

    Futhermore, the position of Director implies ownership, i.e. Charlton were acknowledging that the fans were a major Stakeholder and in doing so giving them a voice at the most senior level of the runnings of the club via the elected position.

    This is the key distinction for me over a fans forum, it simply is not the same in this regard - such a function can anyway easily be covered by regular attendance at fan meetings. "
