I tell you who would be ideal for that job....Alan Curbishley!

I honestly think Curbs would be perfect there. No expectation, no money and an uphill challenge ahead of them.

    would be a great move for Kins to get some experiance if the post at the valley came up agian, if he had a sesson or two at layer road would stand him in good stead.

    its hard to see where curbs will end up next, could see him at Derby tho.

    If I was Derby Chairman I would be on the phone begging him to come and offering a long term deal and complete control.

    Not so sure that Curbs would see it as a step up or would want to move to the Midlands.
