Arts Council in need of actor

They are looking for an actor to play the role of Henry Irving in play about the actress Ellen Terry. He has to be a confident singer.

Sure someone here could be tempted by this :-)

    We are looking for a male actor in his late 30’s to late 40’s to play the roles of Henry Irving and George Bernard Shaw in a new play about the actress Ellen Terry. He needs to be a confident singer and likes to wear cardigans.


    Initially the project will involve a week of script development and rehearsal, week beginning 2nd November, and one performance at The Rosemary Branch Theatre London, on Sunday 16th November, extra rehearsals tbc, A small fee will be paid to cover expenses. A paid tour for 2009, including festivals, is at the planning stage.
