"Asian Football Confederation president Mohamed Bin Hammam confirmed he is no longer opposed to AFC member states hosting English top-flight matches.

"It is now up to them if they want to present fresh plans. I am willing to listen and give my advice," Bin Hammam told BBC Sport."

Asia warms to 39th-game proposal

Thank you so much, Mr Bin Hammam, we're so very grateful you're now 'willing to listen' to a proposal whereby we completely disrupt our game to move it to the other side of the world and create massive exposure to football in your country at no cost to you.

I don't know what makes my blood boil more, his attitude or that fact that the whole idea is back on cos the Asian football confederation say so.

It's all f**king wrong.
