Mike Ashley...once you have sold the Toon please come and buy us. You can probably buy us for 1/10 of what you will get for Newcastle. I can see it now siiting in the covered end with your charlton shirt downing a pint of Newcastle in one. Just one thing you can leave Dennis Wise at home.

    At least Ashley has invested heavly in the squad and paid off Newcastle debts. Just because he likes partying and is a londoner. i would like to see his money down here.

    Won`t happen. He is a Newcastle fan not a Charlton fan. Anyways I think he has had his fingers burned. In any case who in their right mind would buy a football club ?
