time to use varney more effectively ?

the guy's more gary nelson than andy hunt...only faster...he runs for 90 mins and occasionally scores...move him wider and let him stretch the play and put the crosses in...he will get more goals as well playing that way...

    He is a good channel runner, get him wide with Toddy up top.

    I thought that McLeod looked sharp today and he is pacey. Maybe playing him with Tody dropping off slightly and Varney on one side with Ambrose on the other would work. Varney needs to believe in himself more. The miss at the end was just a case of not taking the shot when he could, delaying it until they got people back.
