AFKA said :
"It was definately the three goals that Barnsley scored that caused us a problem"
see, i can do this job !

Yeah, but not very original though, AFKA! This is what Mr Pardew seriously said after the Shef Wed game:
"It was their two goals that were the problem.''
I propose this far more subtle variation on the theme, which he can have for free for next Sat's post-match conference if he's still around and the result goes as expected :
"It's most unfair of these other teams to keep scoring more goals than us. That's nine times they've now done it to us this season in 16 matches. That's not just bad luck. It's beginning to look like a conspiracy."0 -

I'm one more bad preformances from thinking exactly the same.[cite]Posted By: Ketman[/cite]
If they don't sack him then I'll start questioning the Board who are normally beyond reproach in my book.[cite]Posted By: WSS[/cite]Is that FACT Ketters?
There must be a very good reason why he hasn't gone already.
So you are waiting until after Plymouth then ..............
His heart is not in the club, end of, its just a job to him, I honestly think he doesn't give a hoot either way, the job fell nicely into his lap at the right time.0 -
How come the Carlisle manager can do the rightful thing?

best thing about Saturday (apart from the extra drinking time from 4pm) was Mickey the Hat's hedge fund. We had backed CAFC to win 3-1 pre match. at 3-0 down at half time I mentioned we had 3-1 as a full time result and asked Mickey if he wanted to join our bet, he duly did. we told him in the Con club, after we had lost our unexpected new funds in the fruit machine that he forgot to ask who we had backed to win 3-1.0
