    Have you noticed, Parky is always bigging the players up, giving credit where it's due?

    No trashing of players in public - which is the right thing, surely. If a player has had a poor game, any manager's criticism should stay behind closed doors

    Sounds as if he's doing everything possible to lift belief and confidence.

    Listening to his interview after the game, i thought he came across very well, and even made a point of praising the fans, imo, he has his heart in this job and it would appear badly wants it,
