"Danny Mills, still a Manchester City player despite being out of the game since last playing on loan at Derby in January, will retire because of a persistent knee injury. (News of the World)"


Despite a couple of things that pissed me off, such as getting himself sent off, the bloke always gave 100%, and we could do with someone like that now.

I'll always remember him for that goal at Villa Park in 99.

    Totally and utterly agree, part of me wished he'd stayed all of last season. Allow me also to 2nd the statement regarding the giving of 100%, that almost feels like a luxury in this team at present!

    and only one of them starts at the moment!!

    much rather see them starting with some youngsters, and loosing 5-0 then 2-0 yesterday with 5 loanies.
