Comments

  • McEveley and Gillespie I'd keep (only for his experience not tonights effort), the rest I'd ship out pronto.

If you saw Ambrose for Ipswich on Sunday you'd never want him back.
  • Yeah because Varney and Ambrose have been shit hot for the last 12 months.

We are shit from top to bottom, regardless of who we bring in or out.

Would rather have our loaned out players back than the ones we have loaned in, but as Charltonparklane said, its much of a muchness really. Its a bloody mess though to have as many as we have, how can a team gel.

I said this would happen with loan players when Pardew first mentioned bringing any in.Absolutely no affinity with the club whatsoever.

Mceverly fractured shoulder so agreed may as well go back, would lke to resign when fit thou, hopefully perm

Gillespie - betta than we have, not on 2nights performance but clearly isn't 100% fit as hasn't played all year
Burton - betta than we have
Waghorn - should be playin, betta than we have and hunger for the ball atleast
Primus - its him or hudson with fortune at back, for that reason send back if can;t sign on a free and for very low wages
Craine - toss, total toss, send him back
boo - Infuriating but betta than we have keep
Varney - keep him away from valley, liked his effort but simply couldn;t hit target, cash in y still can
Ambrose - Varneys gay lover, you can stay away aswel (i'm not a homophob but we need fighters not pansys)

Just thought can we recall varns seeing as he has signed a contract?
  • Send the loan players back. They may be better than some of our players but have no interest in Charlton they will not be relegated with us. Personally I would rather watch a team with maybe less technical ability but have more desire. how can we build a team around so many loan players its like watching strangers play.

I didn't agree with letting either Varney or Ambrose go.

Yes they weren't performing but I honestly would rather have Varney running around like a headless chicken for 90 minutes than McLeod/Toddy/Gray/Burton.

Ambrose, no matter what you say about him, was always able to pick out a pass or create a chance, or chance for himself.

Primus is back to Pompey next Tuesday. Waghorn was only a month so not far behind either.

Absolutely shocking, no commitment to the cause, a big jessy on the pitch.

Making a nice living out of a past reputation.

Realistically, the club are never going to send all the loan players back. Ever. And even if they should, they won't, so it's not even worth thinking about.

I have seen Ambrose twice for Ipswich on TV and he has been woeful, just floats about with no purpose and is just so physically weak.
  • He's been like that for two bloody years!!!!

Just never looked like he has given a shit!

He's only young he will realise he is not a superstar and start putting effort in!

Classic post by scruffle, me and my m8 always joke bout Varney and Ambrose being gay lovers, however do not agree with some people's view on Burton, thought he has been pretty good and Waghorn simply does not have enough time on the pitch agree with the others though

Agreed SE7, I'm surprised at the stick Burton's getting on here, I think he's done pretty well so far.
