16 games. 26th Feb 1955 to 22 Aug 1955

Can anyone see this unwanted record being broken?

Next 5 League games

Derby (H)
Norwich (A)
QPR (H)
Sheffield United (A)
Nottingham Forest (H)

Comments

  • It's worth noting that Derby only just recently ended their winless series - wasn't it something like 364 days?
  • Wasn't that home games BFR?

Looking at it the only one i'd say we'd be likely to win would be Forest but if we've gone another 4 games without a win by the time we play them, then i doubt even that will be likely.

No that was all games. They beat Newcastle at home in September of last year then went the rest of the season without a win, then didn't win a game until a few games into this season.
  • Yep, Just looked it up - 36 games - an all league record.

I assume the 16 games without a win is spread over tho seasons - what is it during just one season ?

A hopeful statistic from the DCFC website is that The Rams haven't scored on the road for 409 minutes....0-0 draw it is then???

Play like we did last night, then maybe a win is possible this saturday.
  • Remember when we won at Fulham 1983 ?, when we hadn't won an away game for a year and a half. . .

First away win in 23 league and cup games.

Our away form from 81/82 to 84/85 was never that great. 11 away wins in 4 seasons.
  • We genuinely were sh*t then. . . .
  • but we still used to go all over the country having a laugh
  • derby tried their best to lose but if only.................

I hear you, brother! Pisstaking by Man U and Chelsea fans was barely tolerable, by Cov, Derby and Swansea fans it just isn't.
