Is phil parkinson the worst caretaker manager based on results to be given the job permanent? anyone know of any others.

    I don't think Admiral Doenitz had a very good track record when he took over from Adolf Hitler, and look how that ended.

    Parky was handed the manager’s job on a permanent basis, despite being responsible for one of the most inept displays by a caretaker since Hong Kong Phooey!
