great highlights package , always wanted to see what a frozen pitch looked like at a cancelled match and was so pleased to see the liverpool match was on live , shown again in highlights , analised and then the goals shown again at the end of the highlights package.

We were shown last because we were one of the least glamorous ties.

got no problem with being shown last these days but what gets me is rather than show a little bit extra of each game we get treated to pointless chit chat about games we've just sat through

How they can justify having the Southend highlights on first! We've just watched the bloody match! No doubt we will be last.

Why have they just shown the Charlton goal before the ads?! Surely you just show a near miss as a teaser......god i hate them!

Surprised they even bother commentating on our goal.

Ihalf expect it to be a deathly hush because they couldn't be arsed to send a reporter

They said ''And was it the end of the Carrow Road for Glenn Roeder (whilst showing the clip of our goal) - find out after the break''

  • And it started later than planned! After the extended highlights of the game they had live an hour earlier with further analysis I had enough and went to bed.

    Waist of time them 'highlights'

Get parky on there and dont show him talking about ending the worst run in our history, but show him talking about poor old glen roodar, crap.

I couldn't believe they had a set of adverts, then the goalless, pointless, first half of newcastle v hull, then more bloody adverts.

A One Hour 15 minute show & they spent nearly 45 minutes on the game they had just shown Live about an hour earlier, clueless does not even cover it. Who was it that said competition for SKY was a good thing well I present Setanta & ITV as a counter argument, total crap.

Didn't read this the first time round and i'm glad to see that i wasn't the only one who was well peed off that frozen pitches and matches that had been shown live featured above games that actually went ahead. I know it helps to mix things up, it stops the programme from being too predictable but some things are just plain ridiculous.

Then they did it again last night with Southend v Chelski FFS! I was hoping that not having the FA Cup highlights shown by the same broadcaster who does the Prem highlights would means more balance and less of a Premier league bias, if anything it's made them worse probably cos it's the only chance they get of showing those teams.

Agree with all that's been said already, ITV are proving to be totally crap at this. I'd like to think it was just ITV but BBC are no better really.

Remember the time ITV had the premiership highlight rights? Every week it was always the big 4 that got featured, joke coverage.

And on the news last night when they were covering the Kaka story, 1961 - Denis Law £100,000, 1979 - Trevor Fransis - £1m, 2008 - Kaka - £100m? Pretty sure they did exactly the same when Andy Cole when to Man Utd.
