An idea - Charlton run on a democracy

Seeing as our board have made a few questionable decisions of late - they might be thinking "If they think they can do better we should let them"

We could nominate 50 or so fans who will represent the fans operating alongside the Board

Key decisions - signings and sales, promotions and ticketing strategies - should be put to a vote and the decision adopted.

It's like Ebbsfleet but on a much smaller, and more manageable scale.

To me, this would be the ultimate "Fans Club" and could actually work - after all we all think we know best so lets see!

Details can be ironed out but I personally think it would be a good move

(Or is this the only way Dickson will start a game??)

50 fans! You'll never get them to agree on which pub to drink in let alone what to do with the club :)

Excluding the youngsters..if you can show me a Charlton fan who doesn't drink then they've not been to many games this season!

Valley Gold members might not go to the pub before the match, but hidden under that ubiquitous tartan blanket is a shiny flask. And in many cases, we all know what that really contains ........
