    I put the above text through a converter and (pourraient ne pas faire partie de l’effectif 2009, sauf changement de dernière minute.) translated as (cannot be part of the enrollment 2009, except last minute change).

    Which means I think, that currently although CAFC have the 4 players scheduled to come to them they cannot, for some reason, but there could be a change to the situation at any time.

    There are plans to exempt football players from some of the current restrictions regarding immigration and Home Office pocedures. E.g. things such as the ' spoken English test' will be allowed to be taken following one year of residency in UK. Whether or not this will help us is unclear as certain African countries are still subject to extra restrictions.
