Outfield players hadn't crossed my mind, but bonus points to you!

    Also John O'Shea
  • Tim Howard
  • Mark Bosnich?

Who was the Italian keeper who kept making bad mistakes and giving goals away
  • Bosnich, Taibi, Ricardo, Goram...
  • Only two left, one of which has played in a Charlton shirt.
  • Indeed, just one left, probably the most difficult!

  • Didn't a youth keeper come off the bench a couple of years ago against Watford, after the first choice got sent off giving away a penalty. God knows what his name was though

    Ralph Milne ....?

    ;o)
  • I can give you a clue

He only ever played once as a substitute in a league match, replacing Raimond van der Gouw in stoppage time against Arsenal at Highbury on 22 August 1999
  • Didn't Milne retire in the early 90's?

And he wasn't even a keeper, just a more than slightly overweight ex-Charlton midfielder - who made Andy Reid look like a cross between Zidane and a greyhound.

    46 minutes!

Played just 1 minute of added time - that was it, his entire Man Utd career.

  • Cheers

I can arrange another one tomorrow if you like?
  • Didn't there youngster Tom Heaton play a league game?
  • I haven't found anything anywhere to say he did, but there was one person I asked today who was adamant he has played this season, however I know for a fact it wasn't in any European or World Club Cup games.

Born in Chester, Heaton signed for Manchester United as a junior player. He made his senior team debut on 13 March 2007 as a substitute for Tomasz Kuszczak in the UEFA Celebration Match against a Europe XI.
  • A fellow called Amos played in goal vs Boro in the League Cup this season
  • Amos Burke .... ?
