Anyone see that 2nd Bristol City goal in the last minute?
Southampton won a corner, so up trundled their keeper into the Bristol box - it's hoofed out and Sproule toed it past a defender and set off upfield like a greyhound, outstripping defenders.
Of course, the Soton keeper's in the wrong box, lol .....
so it's still an empty unguarded net by the time Sproule gets into the box - and he almost over-eggs the cake before placing the ball over the line.
The Southampton manager must have been livid - 2 or 3 defenders eventually came across together to challenge Sproule in the box, but not one of them thought to run to the goaline and protect the net.

keepers seem to go up for corners more and more these days. I'm sure it only used to happen in stoppage time in the cup! Got to love it when they caught out doing it though, like in the game you mention Oggy
