    TOTALLY AGREE.I THINK WE NEED TO GIVE REED SOME TIME,ATLEAST TIL THE END OF THE SEASON.I KNOW IT MAY BE TOO LATE BY THEN BUT IF WE KEEP CHOPPING AND CHANGING,IT'S NOT GONA HELP.IF REED DOESN'T SUCCEED IN KEEPING US UP,THEN GO FOR SOMEONE ABROAD OR SOMETHING,ITS NO GOOD KEEP EMPLOYIN PEOPLE JUST COS THEY'VE EITHER PLAYED OR COACHED US PREVIOUSLY.

    I agree browny, as Ive said in a previous Post, Why a Charlton Man/Old Boy? If Reed Doesn't work, why not try a foreigner, Different Ideas etc!
