Anybody else old enough to remember the bizarre Ronnie Ronalde whose speciality on radio and on music hall stage was imitating bird whistles but who also made a number of whistling records of things like The Ballad of Davy Crockett, You Always Hurt The One You Love etc? Wow, what a relief when Elvis burst on the scene and liberated us from stuff like that.

Mouldy Old dough -- Lieutenant Pigeon (worth waiting for, eh?) No.1 in '72 I believe.
