    After such a dreadful season the Player of the Season award should be cancelled this year.

    How about replacing it with the Most Useless Player of the Season. That would be a close run competition.

    I can not for one moment think that the club will have a POTY this year.

    There has to be a gap in the roll call of honour to shame this current crop of over paid wasters into seeing they have fuk all to smile about

    The managers this year have been shit

    the coaching just as shit

    i hope they all have a really nice summer i really do and then who ever comes back changes their attitude and sorts them selves out


    it is time to dust themselves off take the situation on the chin, stop looking for excuses,stop hiding and come out fighting

    if they do that we might stay in league 1 next season

    i really do think that awarding anyone "player of the year" this year would be an absolute insult. In my view it would send out the right message if the club announced it was being suspended this year. The more I think about those c***s who have worn the shirt this year the closer I am to topping someone. No exceptions - fcuk them all.

    That's what happened in relegation year 1972.
    Keith Peacock was given it retropectively during millenium year.
    Bully for Keef, but if it had been done at the time it should have gone to Ray Treacy IMO.

    The only ones i can think of are bailey, racon and holland is always a contender. Then players such as Elliott, Ward, Zheng, Shelvey, but you can hardly call that a seasons worth of performances.

    Oh and goal of the season either Baileys against Wolves or Racons against Plymouth. Bouazza got a good one against Reading and Birmingham but he's not allowed to count

    How young does a player have to be to qualify for young player of the year? He's nearly 23.

    It's often a player from the u18s that's played in the reserves, rather than one that's made the first team regularly, like Wagstaff last year.
