If you mean as our manager I would say "No Thanks", can't stand the bloke, no loyalty and he seems a back stabbing bastard.

Still, I bet his mum loves him :-)

I'd rather have Parky, Parky's brother, Parky's cousin & Parky's long lost Great Aunt forming our manangement team than anything to do with that foul dwarf.

Hasn't done badly where he has managed.

Wouldn't be my first choice though.

LOL Oakster...sums it up for so many on here in one pithy sentence that I doubt I could have come up with!

Didnt we have a similar set up under Dowie?

The bloke is a little nasty **** IMO. I'd rather be called Charlton Rangers than have him as even kit man.

There's got to be some fans out there who would be delighted with Wise, the ones that want anyone but Parkinson.

Not sure about him myself, a few seasons in management doesn't prove anything either way really.
  • Bit worried about this one. Wasn`t wee Dennis involved behind the scenes with an associate during the Zabeel thing. Don`t see him popping up as a manager but could easily see him using his contacts to help facilitate a takeover of a club somewhere. Not saying us in particular but there are plenty of clubs looking for investment at the moment.

well I want to Parky to go but I don't want just anyone and I certainly don't want Wise. A choice between Parky and Wise and I'd keep Parky.

    stay very well away Charlton

the only time he's ever been any good is when he's teamed up with someone else (Butch & Poyet)

    trust me

you wouldn't want him anywhere near our club

i could deal with celtic or rangers having some weird involvement in charlton. but dennis wise is just too much to bear.

if we're looking for a manager with track record and proven at the level we are going to could do worse than Wise.

BUT if we don't want to be the most hated club in the division then Wise is not the man.

His managerial record is fairly impressive at this level and the level we'll be at so it wouldn't be a bad appointment in that sense but the cons out weigh the pros by about 100-1

Please believe me when I say, if you think we've had it bad up until now, appointing Wise will make the last four managers we've had look like Champions League contenders.

    listen lady :-)

I hate that little **** as much as the next man and don't want him anywhere near our club - JUST SAYING as a manager he's got a decent record.

He's got dementia now, and a bit forgetful of tactics, I'd imagine.
