    That's less than 4% of their UK workforce though.

    What percentage of Charlton's workforce do you think 25 members of staff represent?

    Lip service PR garbage, their only gutted (allegedly) as its their piss poor performances this season that has put these employees in this position, as pro (ha ha) footballers they can get hooked up again pretty quickly if they are eithe rpushed or want to walk, the other poor souls will enter an already overcrowded REAL job market where waiter & bar jobs get 200-300 applications, good bloody luck to them.

    How many staff could be saved if you fcked off Parky? Do the decent thing mate and fall on your sword and save around 10 of those jobs. They are losing their jobs not because they do them badly but because you do your job badly!

    I agree with all of the sentiments so please sign this petition.

    We, the undersigned, implore the board to terminate the contract of Phil Parkinson and his management team, should Charlton Athletic be relegated to League One, and at very least, not offer him a new contract when his current one expires. A new succesor should be appointed with a proven and succesful track record in management
