    Oh good, Parky's up for the fight. Well considering that he was meant to "up for the battle" of relegation, tomorrow doesn't bode well.

    I'm not being pessimistic, just realistic.

    Great, we will no doubt witness an inspired performance on the back of this. I thought Pardew's statements to media were tiresome, fluffy and completely meaningless but Parky is yet more unconvincing and irrelevant.

    The sooner he resigns the better, the board clearly rate Parkinson and how much our performances have improved.

    oh ffs - whenever we play someone that hasn't won a game for 16 weeks , haven't scored a goal for 16 hours, looks likely to go into administration et c etc

    we're always the team that effing capitulates to them and now Parky spouting this is bound to inspire them big time.
