"Young Addicks" - Good news but I missed it

In the current news story on the ever wonderful OS Your Season Ticket Questions Answered is mentions the "young Addicks as the revamped Junior Reds.
Much better name IMHO but I missed this announcement. Where was it and how do I sign up?

Why is the Young Addicks only open to fans up to the age of 14, and why isn't it called the Junior Reds?
With the Junior Reds we used to find it difficult to devise benefits that would appeal right across the age range up to 16.
As for the name, we wanted a fresh start and we were aware that there is a lot of confusion already because Junior Reds FC continues to flourish in local junior leagues.
However, we're certainly looking to build on the work done via the Junior Reds in the past and we're happy to admit that. An application form will be in the season-ticket pack, online and around the
