No chance at present, I'm afraid Kap. FL has no legal authority to penalise the football club when it was a 'different' company has gone into admin.
Accordng to Henry, the FC may follow the parent company into admin. If it does, the FL will then hit them as hard as they can, possibly more than 10 pts, with an additional pen. for trying to beat the rules.
But the way it stands at the moment, they are legally powerless to impose a deduction this season or next.
