some fans have put a positive spin on recent results but things havn't improved that much. We drew at Reading for exaample but so did Barnsley and Forest and Saints won there and Reading have not won at home in about 7 games. We won at Saints but in a week where they, or their Parent Co, went into Admin and it was all doom and gloom on the South Coast.
At least it shows we can play good football without losing. If we can carry this unbeaten run into next season i'll be a happy man, although it'll probs end on Tuesday, but we can hope.
It was a good win at Southampton though, we dominated them for most of the game.

the same Saints side that looked absolutely shocking less than a week later. Just because you beat a team doesn't necessarily mean you are any good, esp if they are absolute shite which on the day they were.

But a win is a win, aint it. 3 points is better than nothing, dont matter who its against. So if Man U played us and beat us, would that mean they wernt any good?

Edited ... To be fair it is as Parky only won one of his first 13 games after Pardew was sacked.
The only surprise is that it's taken this long for relegation to be confirmed.
