How do I set up an RSS feed? Where do i get a reader? Sorry probably very simple for those of you that understand this new fangled cyber world.

    Internet Explorer 7 makes it really easy. It's integrated so no need for a seperate reader. Best to update to IE 7 and check out the Help.
