One of the biggest problems caused to football clubs is the upheaval, uncertainty andturbulence caused by a change in manager during the season. So, I am suggesting two new FA/Football League rules.
1.Each club must name its manager for the up-coming season by 1 July, but
2.Any club can change their manager at any time during the season, on forfeit of all points gained up to that time.
Would that work?

all you have to do is apply the players transfer window to managers.
then they would get at least half a season, not half a dozen games.0
