Shame I really like Holloway and he doesn't let players amble through their careers.
Really impressed with Nigel Adkins when Scunny was at the Valley. He was calm, laid back but had an energy that bought him straight to the technical area if he wanted to get a message across to his players. He reacted really quick when he saw something important, and the whole small coaching staff seemed to work well with the squad and have a good a rapport with them; they all seemed relaxed but energetic in the game and their drills.
The only thing is I don't want us to get him, he's done excllently at Scunny and I don't want us to waive a cheque and sod that up for them... I hope if he does move he doesn't go to a club where there's too much shit around.

think he will do a good job there
There is only one name on the list - Super Nigel Adkins
Agree
He's not everybody's cup of tea, but he's got some good qualities.
He did really well at Argyle, signed some very good players, with only limited resources.
And the team played with great spirit.
Blackpool is the right type of club for him.
I believe he'll do reasonably well there.

Freeing up a place for another out of work manager...
Was this meant to be a poem?
There was a manager called Ollie,
Who's famed for laughter & folly.
It's all part of his job
To open his big gob
And prove that he's a bit of a wally.
