COUTDOWN TIMER

I get married a month today, and want to send a countdown timer via email to my future missus (yeah, sad I know) but all those sort of sites are blocked at work - presume they dont want people counting down to end of the day !!!! Would anyone be able to email me a simple countdown timer?
