Yes only one point, and it counts for this (is it time to say last yet?) season, so doesn't effect anything.

Crystal Palace have been deducted one point by the Football League for fielding an ineligible player in their clash with Sheffield United on 3 May.
The Eagles introduced Rui Fonte as a 55th minute substitute despite his loan deal from Arsenal having expired.
The League's independent Football Disciplinary Commission also fined the club £20,000, of which £15,000 is suspended for one full season.
It means Palace finish on 56 points but remain 15th in the Championship.

    WTF ?!?!?!, surely it should be for the start of next season.........£5,000 fine, is it worth it.
